Pippa Jones is a researcher and teacher at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Most of her research takes place at the Responsible AI Lab, where she aims to make the individual, social and ethical implications of AI explainable to a diverse range of audiences.
Within the AI, Media and Democracy Lab Pippa is interested in connecting with societal partners to see how we can effectively implement responsible AI in practice. She is looking forward to working closely with them to see how we can bring partner organisations into contact with advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies. She will also guide the discussion on the development of strategies around the safeguarding of privacy, autonomy and inclusivity. As an advocate for the protection of the human experience, Pippa’s work aims to bring about human-focused technological advancements to organisations.
