Pooja Prajod is a postdoctoral researcher at the Distributed & Interactive Systems group at CWI. She obtained a PhD in Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence at Augsburg University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
Pooja has a keen interest in the application of human psychology insights in human-computer interactions. She has experience in developing social agents and affective computing. Her expertise is in Human-AI Interaction, both in designing AI agent behaviour and developing machine learning models for sensing user’s affective state.
At the AIMD lab, Pooja explores user-centric adaptive interfaces to improve transparency and AI disclosures in news context.
